ART 285 Ceramics III
This course provides the opportunity for advanced
self-determined work in sculptural and functional
ceramics. Emphasis is placed on developing the
technical awareness of clay bodies, slips,
engobes, and firing procedures necessary to
fulfill the student's artistic goals. Upon
completion, students should be able to demonstrate
a knowledge of materials and techniques necessary
to successfully create original projects in the
clay medium.
