Academic Probation
A student who continues to remain below the required standards of a 2.0 cumulative GPA for a second consecutive semester will be placed on academic probation. A student placed on academic probation will receive notification by email and letter informing the student of his/her academic status and their need to meet with an assigned advisor to prepare an academic improvement plan to improve his/her academic performance prior to any registration. Students may be limited in the number of credit hours they are allowed to register for each semester.
