On the Bayou - Creole Cuisine

In CCC&TI's Creole Cuisine cooking class, students will have a NOLA experience as they prep and produce classic dishes from New Orleans and Southern Louisiana ranging from Gumbo and Étouffée to Shrimp Creole and Sweet Beignets. This course will include lecture, sanitation and safety, basic knife skills, and basic cooking fundamentals.
