PED 115 Step Aerobics I
This course introduces the fundamentals of step
aerobics. Emphasis is placed on basic stepping up
and down on an adjustable platform; cardiovascular
fitness; and upper body, floor, and abdominal
exercises. Upon completion, students should be
able to participate in basic step aerobics.
