Mission

The mission of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute is to:

  • provide accessible, quality instruction to enhance student learning;
  • support economic development through comprehensive resources to business, industry, and agencies; 
  • offer diverse services and opportunities which improve the quality of life.

Vision

CCC&TI will be a leader in student success, a gateway to opportunity, and a premier provider of transformative education that empowers individuals and uplifts our community.

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s core values represent our shared beliefs within the institution. These values define the character or essence of the institution, describe expectations, set standards, and drive our organization’s priorities.

  • Engagement & Holistic Support: Facilitating student experiences that integrate holistic supports with opportunities for leadership, service, and community engagement.

  • Achievement: Supporting student achievement through structured pathways that connect education levels, lifelong learning, and career-readiness skills.

  • Infrastructure: Strengthening and sustaining college infrastructure to be accessible, resilient, and responsive to the evolving needs of students, employees, and the community.

  • Security & Continuity: Prioritizing safety, security, and continuity across all areas of the college by ensuring preparedness for natural disasters, cyber threats, and other potential operational disruptions.

  • Funding & Financial Advancement: Advancing financial resilience and agility by growing enrollment, deepening community and donor partnerships, and aligning funding efforts with organizational goals.
