CUL 230A Global Cuisines Lab
This course provides a laboratory experience for
enhancing student skills with cuisines from around
the world. Emphasis is placed on production of
global cuisines based on historical and
geographical influences, ingredients, customs, and
cooking techniques. Upon completion, students
should be able to exhibit an understanding of the
culinary practices and techniques of specific
countries.
